Cannot give enough praise for this dish. It deserves 10 stars not 5!!!
Delicious, beautiful vegetable flavoursome sauce, oven baked potato mash top like a real hachis Parmentier (traditional French dish) with lentils and tofu instead of the usual beef. Little carrots and crushed hazelnuts on the top. When the French finally cook vegan... it’s fine dining. 💓 💕
