Huge amount of veggies in here! I really love the presentation of this! However, I find the passion fruit sauce a little on the sweet side. I would prefer a savoury sauce instead as the cranberry and raisins already added a hint of sweetness to the salad. Overall a nutritious meal. Don't pour all of the sauce in! (the plum is not included in the salad)
