Phad Thai

YUZU Karakoy

Not quite like the Phad Thai I’m used to but the dish tasted amazing. Loaded with bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and tofu puffs, on a bed of nice thick glass noodles. Add Sriracha sauce for an added spicy kick.
