the coconut overpowers the matcha quite a bit so if you're not a fan of coconut, you probably won't like this. there is just a slight hint of matcha, but the first taste that hits you is the coconut. but it's not a bad thing imo bc it tastes more like kaya than matcha to me and i like kaya :-P the sauce firms up in the fridge and becomes runnier as it warms up.

Aww man I thought this was so cool but sounds like it needs a stronger matcha taste. Haven’t had kaya in the longest time!
