Veggie Tofu Ramen at JJ'S POKE — JUNO's Review (Oct 10, 2019)

Got this delivered, hence the plastic. I’m sure eating actually at the restaurant and the pictures would’ve been prettier. I really loved the broth, the noodles, and the unique idea of fried onion bits as topping! All very sweet and savory. I did NOT love the cold wet tofu slices. The tofu should’ve have at least been pressed beforehand, or dusted in corn starch and lightly fried. It was very hard to eat that part, but the rest was fantastic
