Review of Vegetarian Fried Kuey Teow at Blue Boy Vegetarian Food Centre by gretchforveg

This dish had blew my mind during my visit in KL 2 years ago. However, I realised the taste wasn't the same during this visit. The kuey teow doesn't taste as smooth, also kind of clump together. I also don't taste any "wok hei" from this dish this time, kinda disappointed. Hopefully the main chef was just taking a break and the one who fried this is just a relieve chef.
