This was my favourite dish! The rice "bun" was just right and crispy - think MOS Burger's rice burgers but way way better. Patties are made of black bean, kidney bean and butter bean. It's a bit soft, would be nice to have it a bit harder? anyway yasss to the guac and sweet potato hash 😍
