Mushroom Noodle Bento at Bento Picnic — ixi's Review (Sep 4, 2019)

I can't say enough good things about this dish. Perfectly cooked soba noodles, massaged kale, roasted carrots, pickled radish, tangy red cabbage, sauteed savory mushrooms, topped with a sesame dressing. I would eat this every day.
