Review of Build It Bowl at CAVA by norcalvegan

Cava is a make-your-own Mediterranean dish counter-serve restaurant located in downtown Austin. I chose pita bread with falafel, hummus, tomato, cannellini beans, cucumber, arugula, quinoa cauliflower tabbouleh, kalamata olives, and lemon herb tahini. It tasted very fresh and delicious. It came with a lot of food for the price!
