Baked Bamboo Shoot & Chinese Yam with Salad Dressing

Exquisit flavour. The Bamboo shoot is filled with pieces of Yam and Bamboo Shoot. My favourite dish in this restaurant so far. They added little vegan "roe caviar" that come as close as you can get. For TWD 340 quite expensive but well worth the price.
