Review of Pan-fried Tofu at Shamballa Vegetarian Restaurant & Tea House by fi-iv

This is absolutely magical: the waiter came over with what looked like a pot of tea and poured it through the hole into the fire - all this stunning smoke started to come on. No burned smell. Illusionist’s show. The dish itself was also delicious - the texture of tofu was soft and tender! 100/100.
