Myself and a friend Indulged in a beautiful and colorful Buddha Bowl filled with nuts, poppy seeded avocado, sprouted legumes, roasted peppers, and other delicious fruits and veggies, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and vegan mayo dressing.
Accompanied by a roasted mushroom, caramelized onion, rocket and vegan cheese Toastie (mouth watering) with a side a crispy sweet potato fries.πππ
