Review of Signature Dry la Mian at The Bowl Co. by simhazel

Had this yesterday night. Noodles were super chewy, portion was big. Loved the cherry tomatoes and veges. There were also some fried bits which I imagine was to emulate fried bits of l*rd! Dumpling was crispy and had soon kueh (idk how to explain but it's the same) filling. While dry there was some sauce and it was well-spread. The store also played a lot of mando ballads from Joker Xue, Jay Chou and JJ Lin.
