Review of Turmeric rice at Eight Immortals Vegetarian (Jurong East Mrt - Kopitiam) by imgoodgirl

i was craving these dishes before i actually had them so maybe they tasted better than what they actually taste!! but i loved the tumeric rice and sweet and sour mock meat with pineapples!! the veggies were a little too oily though and the fake fish tasted quite good compared to others of the same kind?? (i only ordered it bc the lady told me that the total price wld be the same at $4.20 HAHA how kind but still kinda pricey) back to where i was, the seaweed taste of the "skin" didnt quite stand out to me and the "meat" didnt have the same weird taste that those which are usually more thinly sliced have 😂 overall pretty nice but maybe isnt too healthy bc of the amount of oil in it!! but im kinda fine w it 🙈
