Daal Pakoras at Raj Restaurant — Raffy John Mabanag's Review (Aug 9, 2019)

It comes with a dipping sauce. But not a fan. So, I used the leftover tamarind chutney from my samosa as a dipping sauce. But I like how it was crispy outside and the cauliflower inside is perfectly tender. #crf
