Review of Laksa at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by aadyathe

Laksa is one of the best dishes Genesis Vegan offers. I’ve been there many times and everytime I branch out to try other dishes on their menu, I end up coming back to the laksa.
The curry sauce, although not “authentic” tastes wonderful. The presentation isnt the best and I do wish they gave more protein (a few pieces of tofu is what we get).
All in all, I quite like the laksa and would get it if at Genesis.
