Oat Matcha Latte at Starbucks Reserve Roastery 星巴克臻选上海烘焙工坊 — Kayla's Review (Jul 30, 2019)

I was so disappointed that most of their special drinks were not vegan friendly and staff gave us various answers about what plant milks they had. I settled for this drink, which can easily be ordered at any regular Starbucks. The difference here is that it’s served in a smaller, fancier cup and has some oats sprinkled on top. Lame and disappointing.
