Review of Tom Yum Ban Mian at Xuan Miao Vegan by fourdollars

Xuan Miao's vegan soup noodles are my ultimate comfort food. This tom yum bowl gives a great kick of spiciness and punch of sour, also allium-free! Amazing! The bowl is SUPER huge, almost like a basin (lol) and nobody ever felt hungry after a meal like this. My favourite is their crispy garnishes that soak up the soup, and the small mushrooms filled with hot soupy flavour. Side note: They usually top it with their veg anchovies but you don't see it here 'cause they ran out that evening. #crf
