Wow this is the first time i have came across a restaurant using eggplant! Was the texture soft and gooey?

@sylchew yes! It was crispy on the outside, wrapped in nori and crumbed but soft on the inside! So yummy!!

One of the best vegan fish and chips I've ever had. This "fish" is made from eggplant the wasabi sauce that comes with it absolutely makes it! I'm not usually in the old town in Prague but I came here 3 times for this meal! 😍 #alv
