Roasted cauliflower galette at Swan Cafe — judymiddup's Review (Jul 26, 2019)

It’s always lovely to have a vegan crepe when they are so hard to come by. These are also gluten free. The cauliflower was overcooked though and I didn’t get bechamel sauce because the dish was veganized for me. ( It needed bechamel sauce). Otherwise it was filling, if a bit bland. It needed Sherri’s salad dressing to give it some seasoning.
