Muffaletta at End Of The Line Cafe — Northern California Vegan's Review (Jul 26, 2019)

Healthy and tasty! It contains olive salad, cashew mozzarella cheese, smoked "bacon" (I think made of tofu), greens, tomatoes, and onions. It was served on a hoagie roll.

End of the Line is an all-vegan cafe. They offer various sandwiches, wraps, burritos, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and gluten-free desserts.
