Review of Bak Chor Mee (Minced Mushroom Noodles) at SHI SONG VEGETARIAN STALL by sibehou

The minced meat looks like cat food but boy does it do the job of Bak Chor! I'm not a fan of black chinese dried mushrooms and I'm usually horrified with generic mock meat... but this really brought out the authenticity of the dish- seasoning and texture wise.
