Bak Chor Mee (Minced Mushroom Noodles) at SHI SONG VEGETARIAN STALL — sibehou's Review (Jul 21, 2019)

The minced meat looks like cat food but boy does it do the job of Bak Chor! I'm not a fan of black chinese dried mushrooms and I'm usually horrified with generic mock meat... but this really brought out the authenticity of the dish- seasoning and texture wise.
