Review of Chickpea Scramble at Knead Bakery by gracec

This dish wasn't a lot like scrambled eggs, strange choice to use chickpea flour over tofu (though I suppose it keeps a lot longer?). It was OK, quite nice, but the best part was the vegan pesto. Would recommend choosing the fritatta or one of Knead's many other breakfast options.
