Mexican cuisine can be so versatile! Try some new flavors! ”Via-via” are favorites of my non-vegan yet husband (with plantains, burst of flavors, very exquisite😍) Don’t like eggplants? But these eggplant tacos don’t taste eggplanty, they are crispy and full of spices, really good, can’t even know how to describe - you just must to try them 🤩! Ohh, vegan coconut horchata is yum! Cauliflower ceviche is something new to me! Taste interesting! #mexican #vegan 😎 They do have tacos with crispy style jackfruit, love them too ♥️
