Grilled cheese (Miyokos mozzarella)

Wild Goat Bistro

Ordered this for my son.  I love that they put some dried and fresh fruits on the plate.  It is perfectly grilled on a delicious bread, and the cheese is thick.  My son loved it, as did we!  Highly recommend pairing this sandwich with the ginger carrot soup.
