Bagel-Wich -A. & a Vanilla Ice Coffee at Soy Cafe — pepe's Review (Jul 10, 2019)

This was delicious. I haven’t had many vegan breakfast items but this will be one I get again for sure! You can get your bagel of choice. I chose sesame seed. Then it comes with vegan sausage, tomato, soy cheese, and maple-mustard. The “sausage” isn’t you typical store bought “meat” I believe it’s tofu but they made it taste so good! I also got a vanilla ice coffee with almond milk, which was also delicious. I’ve drank Starbucks coffee for years and also work there, and this coffee knocked it out of the park. The staff has been so kind as well and brought me a little sample of some “nice cream” while I was waiting for my meal. I’ll be back for sure! May have just found my new favorite vegan spot.
