Honestly, the best carrot cake(vegan or not vegan) I've ever tried. The shop is called "the garden of dreams", but I think I would called it "the garden of vegan dreams" cause they have plenty of vegan products, food, cosmetics and more. The coffee shop at the back is a hidden gem. Well, maybe not anymore 🤫. If you are vegan and you find your self in Santiago de Compostela, this is a must stop.
