Review of Banana Cake at nomVnom Tai Seng by starlight7
Pleasant to look at but I was a little taken aback by the size of the cashew chunks.
It was oily and while sweet and tasty on the first few bites, the oiliness came through, affecting the texture. It was a thicker oil variety which pulled the cake down.
This is a far segway away from the original banana cakes which are soft yet fluffy and leave a pleasnt sweetness as an aftertaste.
