Review of Thunder tea with brown rice at Thunder Tea Catering Lau Pa Sat Festival Mkt by arunnersfuel

This was a really interesting dish, and I’ve never had something like it before! If you ask for “vegetarian” they don’t add the anchovies and everything else is vegan! The green soup was actually more herbal than like drinking tea and paired really well with the dish. I liked how there was different consistency (such as crunch from the peanuts) which added a nice touch. Healthy too! Would have it again!
