Review of Raja’s Tacos at Mesa Verde Restaurant by evolotus
(Pictured right) Grilled poblano and Spanish onion, black beans, butternut queso,pickled carrots, cilantro, radish, avocado. Yes it’s a long list. And honestly you won’t taste most of that stuff because it’s only tiny quantities. But it’s good. Lots of smokiness from the veggies. I would have cut some of the garnish and gone with a smaller number of the standout ingredients.
