Caramelized onion, smoked white beans,black olive, piquillo (pepper), heirloom tomatoes, herbs. Wow that’s a lot going on in one appetizer. This was my favorite of the meal. Again not stingy on the olives (good quality, not the olives your pizza place uses). A sort of mess of texture and flavor but it’s working for me.
