Review of Tempeh Rendang burger at nomVnom Bistro by noll-fyra
I love tempeh and this burger was very well put together. The tempeh was a touch salty from the soy braise but the tasty rendang sauce and the savoury-bitter poppadom balanced it out. The bun was surprisingly soft and there were plenty of fresh vegetables as well. Recommended! @carachew
