Mala (veganised) at NUS Science Canteen (Frontier Phase 1) — sweetveganneko's Review (Jun 15, 2019)

I was very impressed with how willing the stall owners were to veganise this dish, and how it’s even possible considering how mala places always seem so... non-veganisable. And the type of vegetables available for selection, when veganised, is actually much much more varied than from even the vegetarian places, which was amazing!
