Review of Raw Sushi at Afterglow By Anglow by alyrauff

I love sushi, so this was something I was excited for. Instead of rice I think they used almonds? (Or seemed like cauliflower to me but I can’t remember) which gave it a texture I did not love.
It tasted kind of like kimchi to me and that was quite overpowering. I could definitely eat the whole tray (I only had one piece as I was sharing it) but I probably would not be happy to pay for it a second time
