Slow Roasted Cabbage at Camp Kilo Charcoal Club — Fionna's Review (Jun 12, 2019)

I truly truly loved this dish. We first spotted it roasting on the spit and I was amazed. What would have been chunks of meat roasting on the spit were instead replaced with vegetables!! đź’š We weren't too sure with the presentation initially as nowhere ever had we had a huge chuck of cabbage served like it was BUT the flavours were amazing. The cabbage wasn't hard and crunchy and together with the pesto, it was fabulous. The toasted quinoa added a nice crunch to the overall taste. Yum
