Delicious mushrooms and spring onions inside lovely bread - I worried the bread would be very crispy and chewy like a classic baguette, but it was soft and flakey so very easy (if messy) to eat. Great value for money (this is probably 10x cheaper than any bánh mì you might be able to find in a Vietnamese restaurant in the UK) This place is ALWAYS running out of mushrooms though, so isn’t very vegan friendly.
