Good pasta- I love how healthy it is, but it doesn’t cook as easily as normal pasta. After cooking mine, it had such a crunchy texture that I left it on the stove a few extra minutes. Even then, the pasta was crunchy right in the center of the curl. I didn’t mind it very much, but this might not be my first choice for pastas. It would be great in a dish that had a lot of different textures, like a macaroni salad or a stroganoff where the pasta is topped with something.
