Coconut Seven Layer Bar Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert by Ben & Jerry's — r3ddrag0n's Review (May 31, 2019)

I never thought I would have tried this because I hate coconut. But it was on sale, 2 for $23.90 and there wasn’t any PB & cookies left. Surprisingly, it’s not coconut-y at all! I can’t even taste any coconut. There’s caramel inside too which add a little sweetness to the already sweet ice cream, although non-dairy ice cream is normally not too unbearable till you cant eat too much of it? I like the chocolate chunks but it can be very hard especially since they are frozen, but I would prefer this rather than chocolate sauce. There are also walnuts which is a good addition because it improves the texture. Apparently there’s graham crackers too? But I couldn’t see/taste them, maybe it’s all sunk down the bottom since I only ate the top part. This was very creamy and it tasted like dairy ice cream, I gave my omni Father this and he didn’t even know it was vegan. Although, I find that their non-dairy ice cream has an aftertaste to it. But overall, Glad I tried this!
