Review of Pan-Fried Turnip Cake at 尚素 The Veggie by kaylabear

Part of the all-you-can-eat afternoon tea. Soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. A decent turnip cake, although I guess I prefer the steamed version better here.
