Review of Sweet and sour veg prawns at 尚素 The Veggie by kaylabear

Part of the all-you-can-eat afternoon tea. The “prawns” were convincing and not rubbery. A nice sweet and sour sauce covers the dish with chopped bell peppers. I’m used to having the “chicken” version of this at other veg restaurants so it was nice trying a different version.
