Fabulous (Raw Lasagna)

All Organic, Plant-Based Restaurant.  Mostly gluten-free, with both cooked and raw options.

Cafe Gratitude

This is a cold, raw lasagna that has a taste similar to a Mediterranean salad. Greens, olives, sun-dried marinara, pesto, and cashew cheese. Tons of flavor and generously portioned (though not too filling). #lasagna #veganlasagna #cafegratitude
