Review of Nori Fish Burger at Holy Cow by katelouisepowell

This is one of the most interesting burgers I’ve ever had! The patty was fried celeriac wrapped in nori, topped with lots of mayo and homemade kimchi. 🍔 It was a good sized burger but definitely felt healthy and light to eat. It was enjoyable overall but the nori was a little bit chewy in places. The homemade fries were VERY good! However at £12 for a burger and chips it’s definitely on the steep price side and so I can’t rate it very highly for value. Still nice though and very original
