I'm truly amazed at how the patty has the same texture as a well-done burger patty. I had to remove the melted cheese from this burger to make it a vegan option. The patty was moist and juicy although I would've preferred it to be more flavorful with seasoning. The spinach, onion, just the ensemble, were slightly under-seasoned for me.
