Deep Fried Handmade Tofu with Water Chestnuts & Mushrooms at Din Tai Fung — Jonathan Louis Ng's Review (May 6, 2019)

This was soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. The water chestnuts added textural interest and the mushrooms contributed umami. Not a novel dish but it's #deepfried and sometimes that's all you need.
