The hollandaise sauce had a super interesting tangy taste & paired well with the creamy avocado. The base ‘muffin’ was really interesting too — it tasted somewhat like a tangy concentrated wholemeal bread if that makes sense. Also comes with a super fresh salad on the side :) #egg #eggsbenedict
