Review of Black Pepper Sauce Burger (Beyond Burger) at Nature Cafe by waisum

Wasn't floored by this. Expected a juicy/ meaty first bite but it tasted more like a run-of-the-mill fast food chain cheeseburger with the half-melted cheddar, pickles and mayo combo. Didn't taste much of the black pepper sauce either. Texture was pretty realistic though.

If I was a meat eater looking to explore a plant-based diet, this wouldn't convert me. And as someone who hasn't eaten a real hamburger in the last ~3 years, I can definitely live without this substitute.
