Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Tofu Pulled Pork marinated in BBQ sauce, slightly sweet coleslaw, topped with crispy onion strings on a sesame seed bun. By far one of my favorite things off their new Spring Menu! Along with the side of Mac n Cheese (which is gluten free btw) 😋
