The menu labelled this as mushroom Xiao Long Bao but it turned out to be #fakenews because there was no soupy broth which is the defining feature of an xlb. The truffle oil was nice but I felt that it was not enough to make up for the lack of flavours. You can't just put truffle on things and expect it to be some kind of flavour panacea or something. Ironically after eating this I'm really craving for some actual xiao long bao oppsy 😬

lou oh i saw on the vegetarian menu they have a molten chocolate lava one! they specified molten in the name so i guess it's really molten LOL. but we didn't try it, probably not vegan also :(Reply
