Root Vegetable Salad at Zest Kitchen & Bar — earthcrunch's Review (Apr 12, 2019)

What I though would be a cold root vegetable salad was surprisingly (but not unfortunately) a piping hot vegetable medley topped with fresh garlic cashew “cheese” spread. Warm and filling, with seeds and seasonal vegetables.
