Beans on Toast Mexican Style (GF) at Offbeet New Forest — mlpcvegan's Review (Mar 31, 2019)

I was never a fan of chorizo so I was hoping it wasn’t too chorizo-y. It wasn’t, but it still had enough spices to make it taste deliciously Mexican. The presentation was on point. The bread base was very thick, it was a superfood bread so it didn’t feel too stodgy and it was great for me because I always hated how soggy the bread would go when beans were on it. I gobbled up every bite and I think it might be one of the most original and delicious breakfasts I’ve had in my 28 years!
